In addition to being a member of Pillar, Michael Wittig is an internationally recognized ISSA Master Trainer and Nutritionist. He is also a 29x Natural Fitness Champion competing in multiple divisions. He has always worked to use his passions in both music and fitness to help other people. Michael will be talking about the parallels of faith and personal health, and easy things you can do to live a healthier lifestyle.
