Thank you on behalf of our entire staff for participating as a vendor at Alive! You are a big part of what Alive is through your creative, exciting and diverse displays and products being sold at the event! We are already booking our artists and speakers and I have listed below artists and speakers already confirmed for ALIVE 09. (June 17-20, 2009) I will say, this is one of our most diverse line-ups ever! There are some exciting changes and the opportunity to reserve your booth(s) early and Save $100 per booth on your booth rental fee. Vendor Booth Rental is $550 if reserved and paid for by Dec. 1st, 2008. I have a few changes to announce for 2009 (if you sell products at Alive)

1. GOOD NEWS! Lower percentage! All vendors, regardless of how many booths are rented, will only pay 10% of their total gross sales. In the past if you rented 1 booth it was 20% and if you rented 2 booths it was 15%. We have standardized all booths to be a flat 10%.

2. $100 Savings per Booth! All vendors who register before Dec 1st, 2008 will also receive $100 off the $650 booth rental fee. Only $550!

You also should order early to avoid not being able to get in. Alive 09 Vending Space is now open for rental and booths are being reserved!

All vendors are accepted at the discretion of the Festival Director. If you are accepted, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within two weeks of our office receiving your application. Remember to keep a copy of all signed agreements. (All vendors are subject to final approval by the festival management.)

ARTISTS & SPEAKERS ALREADY CONFIRMED FOR ALIVE 09 include… Switchfoot, Newsboys, Skillet, Anberlin, David Crowder Band, Hawk Nelson, Superchick, The Afters, Red, Point of Grace, As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada, Phil Keaggy, Britt Nicole, Connersvine, Remedy Drive, Spoken, House of Heroes, Seabird, Tenth Avenue North, John Reuben and many more!!

Speakers include: David Nasser, Steven Curtis Chapman, Brad Stine, Joe Savage, Jason Hildebrand and more to come!

Food Vendors
The Alive Festival has a wide variety of loyal food vendors. Each year we open the food vending to our previous vendors. If an opening is created and your organization would like to be considered for future Alive Festival events, please send your contact info, a sample menu and any other information to the address at the bottom of the page. Your information will be recorded in our database for future consideration and if there is an opening you will be contacted.
