WRISTBAND/TICKET OPTIONS:

Total Event Wristband: Gates open WED 6-17 at 9 am / close SUN 6-21 at 10 am
Total Event Wristband: Includes all Alive Festival events, concerts and seminars PLUS free
camping, swimming, and parking. All campers can enter at 9 am Wed
June 17th and must exit by Sun June 21st at 10 am. Campsites included with Total Event
Wristbands are primitive and assigned as you arrive.
FREE TOTAL EVENT WRISTBAND: For every 10 Total Event General Wristbands you purchase
together on the same form, you will receive one (1) FREE Total Event General Wristband.

Mon/Tue Early Camping: allows campers to arrive as early as 9 am on Monday June 15th. Includes
2 days of swimming, camping and receiving a primitive camping site before the festival starts on Wed. June 17th.
Pre-purchase your Monday/Tuesday Early Camping Wristband(s) or Tuesday Early Camping Wristband(s) on this online
form. Children 4 and under are free. You must have a Total Event Wristband to camp early. No saving campsites.
If camping together, arrive together (or at least 50% of the group).

One day tickets are good any one of the four days of the festival. Good 9 am until midnight. Includes
all Alive events, swimming & free parking. No camping.

GENERAL INFORMATION
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES: Please review your order carefully before submitting. AGE is based
on the attendee’s age on the first day of the festival June 17th, 2009. Monday/Tuesday Early Camping can only
be purchased if you have a Total Event Wristband No re-selling of wristbands/tickets on the festival site or
in the parking area. Wristbands can only be worn by the original purchaser. No exchanging wristbands between
attendees. No video taping or recording of any concerts or seminars is allowed. Wristbands and/or tickets will
be shipped out beginning in March. Alive is a non-smoking event. There is no smoking in the festival
amphitheater or seminar areas.
HOW TO RECEIVE A FREE TOTAL EVENT WRISTBAND: For every 10 Total Event General Wristbands you
purchase together on the same form, you will receive one (1) FREE Total Event General Wristband.

CAMPING INFORMATION
All Total Event Wristbands include the option to receive a free primitive campsite. All campsites
are primitive and do not include water or electric. NOTE: Clay's Camping Resort has water/electric
hook-ups and RV hook-ups. Clay's Camping Resort is an adjacent park owned and operated by Clay's
Park and not the Alive Festival. They offer a Total Resort Package which includes your Total Event
Wristband. To get details, please contact Clay's Park at 330-854-6691 or

also features an indoor pool, hot showers, store, laundry etc.
Hot Showers: The Alive Festival site has several "cold" showers in the Beach House. Porta-Kleen
provides the festival with optional "hot shower trailers" for $3 each.
Per Ohio Law, you must be 18 years of age to be assigned a campsite. If you want to camp together,
you should arrive together. No pets are allowed on-site.

The Alive Festival accepts checks, money orders and MASTERCARD / VISA

ONLINE ORDERS will pay an additional 3% and $5 per order for processing.
Returned Checks will be charged $30.
